1. Membership Fees
1.1. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 1.2. Upgrades to higher membership tiers may require additional fees, which are also non-refundable.
2. Event Fees/Skill Development
2.1. Fees for FECCI-hosted events/Skill Development work are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by FECCI. 2.2. In case of event postponement, registered participants will have their fees applied to the rescheduled event.
3. Product and Service Refunds
3.1. Refunds for products or services or enrolling in program purchased through FECCI will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 3.2. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and include valid proof of transaction. it will be decide Central committee
