Executive Committees  

The  Executive Committees are responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and operational oversight of FECCI.  

1. Executive Council  

• Responsibilities:
  • Setting strategic objectives for FECCI.
  • Approving major initiatives, budgets, and policies.
  • Representing FECCI at international forums and summits.
• Membership:
  • President, Vice Presidents, Secretary General, Treasurer, and Regional Directors.
• Guidelines:

  • Decisions require a majority vote with at least two-thirds attendance.
• Validity:
  • Members serve a 3-year term, renewable once based on performance and contribution.  

2. Regional Advisory Board  

• Responsibilities:

• Membership:
  • Composed of Regional Directors and local business leaders.
• Guidelines:
  • Quarterly reports to the Executive Council.

  • Must conduct at least two major events annually.

2. Sustainable Development Committee
